The IQ Series Pneumatic Vacuum Butterfly Valve is a valve used to open or block airflow in a vacuum system of 1.3 x 10-5 to 3 x 105 Pa.
Main performance of GIQ series pneumatic vacuum butterfly valve:
● Leakage rate: ≤1.3×10-9Pa.M3/S;
● Applicable pressure range: 1.3×10-5Pa～3×105Pa;
● Working temperature: fluoro rubber -25 ° C ~ +150 ° C;
● Installation location: Any;
● Air source pressure: 0.4-0.6Mpa;
● The pressure difference between the two sides of the valve plate is independent of the opening and closing of the valve;
● Life: ≥ 10,000 times.
