The hydraulic control valve is a combination of a main valve and its external needle valve and pilot valve. The hydraulic control valve is a general term for a series of multi-purpose control and safety valves. Their main features are: the use of the medium's own pressure and hydraulic system operation, and automatic control, accurate action, reliable performance, can be widely used in the production and fire water supply system pipeline control and safety.
However, when applying hydraulic control valves in engineering, there are still some misunderstandings, such as the applicable conditions of the valve, the design requirements of the valve, the installation points, etc. To this end, this paper intends to use the CECS standard "Design Rules for the Application of Hydraulic Control Valves" (for review) Based on the draft, combined with the experience to explain the above aspects.
1. Key points for design of hydraulic control valve:
1) The hydraulic control valve used in the engineering type is a product that has passed the inspection of the manufacturer and has various complete markings and technical data meeting the requirements.
2) According to the functional requirements, select the valve type, and then determine the material of the valve body and sealing part according to the pipeline transportation medium, temperature, building standards and owner's requirements. Commonly used valve body materials are cast iron, copper iron, copper, plastic, and the like. Commonly used sealing surfaces and lining materials are copper alloy, plastic, steel, hard alloy, rubber and the like. The valve body material should match the pipe material.
3) The nominal pressure of the valve is 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 and 4.0MPa. The working pressure of the pipeline should be less than the nominal pressure of the valve.
4) The hydraulic control valve in the project should have sufficient space for management, operation, installation and maintenance, and should meet the requirements of the pipeline for the valve.
5) When the pipeline is flanged, the flanged hydraulic control valve should be used; when the pipeline is grooved, the grooved hydraulic control valve should be used.
