The electric shut-off valve is composed of two parts: an electric actuator and a shut-off valve. The valve body material is complete in variety, the packing and gasket can be reasonably matched according to the actual working conditions or user requirements, and can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium working conditions. The valve is mainly used to cut, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. Generally, it is not used for adjustment, because the imbalance force is too large during the adjustment, and the erosion of the valve core is more severe. Applicable to high pressure, drainage, petrochemical, metallurgical and other occasions.
The electric shut-off valve is sealed by a threaded sealing seat or a body-stacked austenitic stainless steel. The sealing is reliable, and the replacement of the packing can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and quick and does not affect the system operation. Equipped with multi-turn electric device, it has small housing, light weight, full function, and can be used with remote computer. It can also be equipped with electric device according to user requirements. The electric cut-off valve is suitable for cutting or connecting the pipeline medium on the pipelines of various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer and electric power industries with nominal pressure PN1.6~16MPa and working temperature -29~550°C.
